Hi Gilang,

I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you and also to let you know how pleased we were with the service and the friendliness of Mr Epoy, the drivers and the boat crew on our trip to Anak Krakatau on the weekend. They were very efficient, friendly and helpful guys and really made our trip very enjoyable and relaxing for us. Everything was well organized and safely done for us and we will have no hesitation in recommending your service to our friends both here in Singapore and in
Australia.

Thanks again!

Ben Hutchison.

On the weekend of 28-30th of November our party of 4 people booked under the name of Grant Brown (Neil Pritchard, Carol Pritchard & John ) did your 2days/1 night fast boat package tour out to Krakatoa.

Firstly I would like to say it was the most amazing experience, your guide, food and service was excellent.

I wish only to provide a couple of feedback items:

*Seating of some sort on the island of Rakata beach where we camped would have been more comfortable

*Some sort of proper shower/changing facility on our return to Carita before our return journey back to Jakarta airport should be a must.

Other than those couple of things everything else was perfect.

I thank you and wish your company well for the future,

Regards,

Carol P
